Placed order Sunday, just normal delivery.

Received despatch email monday

Received goods Tues

What did I order, an LNB you might think.

Wrong just a 1.2 Mtr Dish

You just can't beat good service, hope they enjoy the Hols.


 

Again, I got all this stuff from our sponsors Astratech. Top quality, excellent service and personally I simply wouldn't go anywhere else for sat stuff. Plus the added fact is we're helping our forum.

got to add.... ordered yesterday afternoon...arrived before i left the house for work this morning !!

set it up tommorow and i'll be watching tommorow night...wayhay !!

exactly i must admit i was a bit dubiuos when people were mentioning there names, as in it is small and are they up to the job, but they run an operation that the so called big hitters should learn from because they do a simple thing and that is
what and when they actually say they are going to do them



ive just had a thought maybe this idea of theres will catch on

Andy, I too run a business from home & for 13 years have obtained the business the big boys can't because of REAL service - not the LIP service their employees pa to customer needs ( not in the sat world I may add). Keep up the excellent work - the rest can only dream of doing it right - the next move of actually doing it is beyond most

Astratech - quality, value, convenience... not quite QVC - no cheesy answers?!?! Just straight answers, tons of help for 8 yrs that I have been buying from him...!!!

Bought a Motorised dish from him £800, then a Nok D-Box + a lot more, every (YES EVERY) time I've had a problem / question - sorted, no moans, no hassle - simple!

Hi Just want to tell you all how good i think the people at astratech are.I have been emailing them with more questions about the Manhattan sat range for around two weeks and i must say im very impressed with the service all my emails were answered within the hour and that included weekends.Andy answered a fair few technical questions for me with very good advice and knew everything there was to know about the products he was selling,this was the reason i bought from astratech i`d phoned Spectrum and Myers and none of them could answer my questions in my opinion these stores are simply box shifters.Do your self a favour lads and go to the best Astratech. I have had dealing with Andy over the last week and can only complement him on the level of service that he has provided.

Hello There !!!

Just a quick mail to let you know that you have under charged me by 95 pence on an order I placed yesterday (No 5262) for a programmer and card.

I am not normally so honest ;-) .... but I have been totally knocked out by your service having ordered a couple of items from you over the last week.

Thanks for all your trouble - I know that you've been as frustrated as myself over this saga.

I may be able to interest others in Puerto de Mazarron about these receivers. I assume that you still have stock - also unfortunately word gets around in a small place like this and although I haven't broadcast our problems, one can assume that potential customers have heard the story. If you could give some quality and delivery assurances then I could deliberately "broadcast" the info to regain lost ground as it were.

Thanks again for everything - the receiver seems to give very nice picture quality.
