All Goods have a full 12 Month Warranty Excluding Blank Cards as these can be destroyed by certain files . Goods which are defective on receipt can be returned for a replacement. Goods found to be defective within 3 months will be replaced. After 3 months goods will either be replaced or repaired at our discretion . Goods found to be damaged by the customer will be repaired and be returned at the customer's expense. We do not operate a try before you buy policy. If you wish to return goods that were purchased by mistake we will accept the return providing the goods are in a good clean condition suitable for re-sale in the original packaging and having not been used. These goods can be exchanged for other products, subject to the difference in costs being addressed along with a postage fee .
